Azure DevOps Build Lab Doesn't Work... #698

I wanted to look into the most recent version of DevOps build via a lab as we will be upgrading our current XAML Definitions to YAML.

This lab does not work...

"This lab is currently disabled."

I believe I saw a comment from back in 2019 regarding the same issue. So, did this lab ever work?
