How to get "Open in Terminal" option in the Desktop/Explorer context menu on Windows 10 LTSC? #16398

Hello,

I was wondering how I can get Windows Terminal's "Open in Terminal" Desktop/Windows Explorer context menu option to appear on Windows 10 LTSC?

It's more convenient to open the Terminal up from there rather than the Start Menu.
