Discuss AI models behind GitHub Copilot?

The AI models behind GitHub Copilot aren't explicitly mentioned in the Copilot section (as far as I could see). Is this intentional? Seems like something that would be good to discuss so the user has a better idea of what Copilot could offer.

My current understanding is that the chat feature is powered by GPT-4 and the code completions by a variant of GPT-3, but let me know if that isn't correct.
