Ability to test sourceMapPathOverrides

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
I'm having a hard time figuring out why my debugger breakpoints don't bind, the .scripts tool and the docs make me think the issue is to do with how I've got my webRoot and sourceMapPathOverrides configured (more specifically I think my sourceMapPathOverrides isn't matching like I'd expect). Having a good idea what wrong helps but I'm struggling to find out how to configure them correctly.

Describe the feature you'd like
Some way to input a url or path and see how vscode maps it to the expected file location, even better would be for that solution to let me try new path overrides (like a sort of https://regex101.com/ but for path overrides).
