Same problem, but the worst is that any launch configuration with "purpose": ["debug-test"] is no longer working
It spits message This configuration can only be used as defined by "purpose". and doesn't start any longer.

Sorry, false problem.
Something must have gone wrong during first start of the new version. After cleaning data dir saving only user configuration and doing a fresh start, the squiggle is still there but launch configurations start again.
