Expected behaviour

I am expecting the automatically debug settings file to not show any warnings.

Actual behaviour

image

I have tried to reinstall Python and VS Code, starting a brand new directory to do the test again and it seems that during a fresh start it works just fine, but when coming back to the directory, the warning appears even though everything is working just fine with the debugger.

Steps to reproduce

https://www.loom.com/share/8dfcf53e9c19468ea8a74281931a4fd4

Here is my attempt to get the warning away both using an existing directory and a brand-new one.
