On Windows 11, while hovering on the maximize button on Visual Studio Code, it doesn't pops up Snap layouts, which all the others apps, that I use do.
Steps to reproduce:

OS: Windows 11 Home Single Language (22000.282) VS Code Version: 1.61.2 Installation Method: Microsoft Store
