When double clicking title bar, I can only zoom out the window and cannot zoom in (meaning making the window in original size).

In Mac OS configuration, I am setting the behavior when double clicking the title bar as "Zoom", and it acts correctly when using other apps, such as Mac OS mail app. However, when I try the same operation with VSCode, I can only zoom out (meaning enlarge the window in full screen size), but I cannot zoom in (meaning making the window back to the original size).
