A new version of an existing package

Please describe the changes you would like to see

Version 10.01.012024.00 of this software is out: https://www.crucial.com/support/storage-executive

The version from the current manifest (9.09.092023.03) also does not install anymore, because the download link is always the same one (vanity link) and when a new version comes out the old installer hash does not match anymore. Is there a way to modify the manifest to prevent this from happening in the future?
