For scraping Pixiv, I personally utilize a browser extension called "Powerful Pixiv downloader". It includes the ability to add translated tags that are produced within Pixiv into the file name. You can customize the extension quite extensively in order to configure it for whatever end result you are looking for. It isn't able to automatically translate everything in every situation, however so you may end up with some Japanese tags remaining. It provides the ability to automatically sort the downloaded files into sorted folders for each individual user. |
