UI: Adding customized Scrollbar

The Website is already really good and simple. I think adding a custom scroll-bar matching with the UI will not be a bad idea. I want to work on it. Just let me know if I can be assigned.

You can simply adding webkits in your css file to customize scroolbar.
Here I am sending webkit code which you can add on you css file to customize it.
