Currently, the logos of mirrors.cernet.edu.cn and mirrorz are exactly the same. The logo of mirrorz is consistent with the style of the logo of Tsinghua University TUNA Association products.
mirrors.cernet.edu.cn is nominally affiliated with CERNET, which is a neutral institution. Therefore, I believe that the logo of mirrors.cernet.edu.cn should not carry the meaning of any specific club or group.

As a result, I propose to neutralize the logo of mirrors.cernet.edu.cn. Here are two possible solutions:

  1. Use the official CERNET logo. Whether this option is compliant or not needs to be discussed with the CERNET authorities.
  2. Design a neutral logo ourselves.

I would like to know the community's attitude towards this issue - whether it should be changed or if it doesn't matter. I look forward to hearing everyone's thoughts.

It has been discussed that the logo can not be directly used.

Design a neutral logo ourselves.

This way is preferred.
