Hi!

I'm not sure if it's the right place, but I'm just leaving a simple status of the current state of the project. Because there's a lot mixed information, and it's not easy to know if this currently works or not. So if you discovered this project recently like me, here some useful information:

Version 5.0.4 doesn't works at all, so don't loose your time here.

The latest dev version does work (as of today), but need a little change. You have to downgrade

"libfb": "^2.3.5",
to 2.3.4 (because of a user agent issue).

But it's going to miss some messages, like reply or messages from messenger web, so it's not really reliable. If anyone is interested to make it more reliable; looks like fixes should be made here https://github.com/ChatPlug/libfb-js.
But I don't know for how long this library will continue to work.

Will, there was a fix with the v2.3.5 but it has not been put into public with it

Just to update, as of January 2022 this status update still applies.

With the libfb fix applied as said above the only messages missed that I can see through testing are those which use the Messenger reply functionality. They used to be passed but these must have changed. Miscord does not log these messages at all (i.e. no error message).

I still expect it to completely break at some point but what is said in this thread still works for me apart from the reply messages.
