Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.

See #687.

aqtinstall constantly tried to download files from the selected failed mirror server.

Describe the solution you'd like

@pzhlkj6612: Maybe we can make aqt switch between different mirror servers during the download?

@miurahr: We maybe able to add a mirror URL as black list in live when some download failed and re-try other mirror, so we can change a mirror selection during download.
