Describe the bug

When running within a Dockerfile, the installation very often gets stuck at random point. Sometimes the installation go through but more often than not, the installation gets stuck at some point.

Outside of docker, the same installation takes ~3 minutes.

To Reproduce

Try to build the following Dockerfile

FROM mcr.microsoft.com/windows/servercore:ltsc2022

Expected behavior

I expect Qt to get installed properly.

You can put problematic mirror server in blacklist feature.
