Question: What is newContext’s LexicalEnvironment in RunJobs? #1

Step 3.e. of RunJobs states that newContext is new execution context, but doesn’t mention its LexicalEnvironment.

Does it exist? If so, where it is created?

Algorithm doesn’t states that newContext is ECMAScript code execution context, so probably it will not have LexicalEnvironment 🤔
