Prepare a new Release

I am currently trying to figure out a way to get into testing of some pipelines and shared-libs we have been writing and trying to get my hands on this gradle-plugin.

As I have seen the latest release 0.10.1 is from 2019 and you have done some updates already, any chance you can publish a new version?

I'll look to put out a new release supporting latest version of Gradle and Java 11 in the next couple weeks.

Just registering my interest too. I'm blocked on (I think this plugin) pulling in jenkins-test-harness 2.54 but trying to run against the latest version of jenkins. Specifically, that old version has a JenkinsRule class that references useAntClassLoader but that's no longer available in the latest jenkins.

I haven't forgotten about this - it has taken more time than expected as I'm trying to figure out how to best handle the changes in both Jenkins and Gradle's ecosystems. I'm experimenting with a few different approaches to dependency management and Jenkins plugin resolution, and I'm still planning to ship a new version soon ™️
