As a user that uses Jenkins Pipelines with a source controlled pipeline, I want to test my Jenkinsfile (or other named Jenkins pipeline) and supporting files so that I have automatic verification of changes to it.

This is for users who want to test a Jenkinsfile (or multiple Jenkinsfile) of their repository which is why it should be a separately published plugin than the current one.
