[Feature Request] Configure maestro cloud retries

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
Right now there is no way to tell what happened on the first attempt when a test suite fails in maestro cloud. Ideally we could see videos of all attempts, but barring that it would be great if we could just configure this ourselves so I could just set it to 1.

This becomes a real big problem when cleanup logic isn't properly implemented (which is often hard to do), and leaves you with a test failure that isn't the root cause of the issue. Not only that, but having the retry can mask the real issue.
