With newer version of TypeScript, we can extract the param type in the handler and return an invoke function for the step with typed params.

One issue is the cucumber syntax is not typed.
Will need to do some type magic.

Also check if cucumber have added type support or not. Not likely.

Maybe do something like arktype?
