Apart from the federation server itself, all deployment will be handled by module-federation code streaming

alternatives considered:

aegis host deployment (K8s, golden image, OS mod, PXE boot API)
Consider collaboration w/ GitPod to replace GitHub Actions
Test driven development automation
e2e integration tests
100% coverage
mutation testing
e2e performance tests
production A/B testing
publish to npm or to cdn for module-federation code streaming
