Match-all for biobank services filter doesn't show search message

Describe the bug
When applying multiple Biobank services filters in match-all doesn't show the 'because you searched' for message.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to 'https://bbmri-emx2-test.molgeniscloud.org/ERIC/directory/#/catalogue'
2. Click on 'Biobank Services'
3. Select the first 2 or 3 options and put it on match all
4. See that the results don't show the message (it does for match any).

Expected behavior
I expect the message to be shown

Additional context
Fix after reworking the filtering of the directory app.
