docs/start.md contains the following line:

These are the docs for Genny specifically! For an overall view of MongoDB's performance testing infrastructure, please
look at the Performance Tooling Docs.

where the link https://github.com/10gen/performance-tooling-docs is returning a 404.

Hey @c0dzilla thanks for the heads-up. the 10gen/performance-tooling-docs is a private repo so shows as 404 for anyone without access.

@ancostas do we want to open-source the performance-tooling-docs repo? I see no reason to keep it closed. Let's chat offline if you'd like.
