fix(NODE-3962): correct type for ObjectiId._bsontype #480

Description

What is changing?

The type information for ObjectId._bsontype had the wrong capitalization. Runtime value is still correct.

Also added runtime and type tests to prevent regressions.

What is the motivation for this change?

It's a bug 馃悰

Double check the following

  • Ran npm run lint script
  • Self-review completed using the steps outlined here
  • PR title follows the correct format: <type>(NODE-xxxx)<!>: <description>
  • Changes are covered by tests
  • New TODOs have a related JIRA ticket
