Unrejected version cannot be approved

Describe the problem and steps to reproduce it:

For this listed add-on version 0.0.1.3 was rejected by mistake, as it couldn't be unrejected ( Older rejected version cannot be unrejected ) it was manually set to AWAITING_REVIEW, but there was no way to approve the version, as a reviewer, the approve button was not available.

What happened?

The version's state had to be manually set to Approved.

What did you expect to happen?

As the version was unrejected reviewers were expecting the Approve button to be available.
