Intellisense for db.schema.table table source

Intellisense only works for db.table in FROM clause.

Describe the solution you'd like
Alternative parser that supports db.schema.table or any deeper table source location. This will be offered as a choice for extension developers, by default sqltools base driver will always use the Hive parser to maintain compatibility with existing extensions. Impala Autocomplete parser is a good alternative I believe as it recognises db.schema.table token.
