[Bug] Interval is broken

Interval has had to be commented out due to being broken

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behaviour:

1. Go to '...'
2. Click on '....'
3. See error in console (Ctrl + Shift + I)

One year has passed since this was published, and the code is so antiquated now I am likely to remove it to reduce comment bloat. This will become a feature request instead with some comments left here as to how the previous implementation worked.
