Add support for collapsible table

Summary 💡

I would like to request support for Collapsible Table in the Figma file as seen in the documentation. This includes both the row's open and closed state.

I suggest that it should work the same way as Checkbox in the TableCellRow component where there is a toggle for displaying the checkbox itself and a toggle for whether or not it's checked. Similarly, there could be a toggle for displaying the expand chevron and a toggle for displaying the open state box. The content of the box in open state could be a placeholder instance so that it can easily be switched out with whatever.

The chevron would ideally flip according to the state of the row, but I'm not sure how that can easily be achieved, or at all with the setup I have suggested. Alternatively, there could be a third toggle to flip it, but switching the icon manually would work fine.

We will be using Collapsible table a lot in our project so having it available in Figma would be useful for keeping consistency between design and code.
