12 HR time format in mumble overlay

I'm sorry if this issue is spam, but I couldn't find anything about this in the gui settings, or the documentation, or just browsing online. The documentation is confusing to navigate (granted I might be stupid), but is there some way that I can have AM/PM time format in the overlay?

Yeah, but it only implemented the option for the chat box.

I don't really need this as much right now, as the latest tf2 update broke the mumble overlay. But I'll leave this issue open for anyone who wants to work on it!
