Context
Golang-p2p seems to not offer any implementation for other languages, which could become problematic for the ruthenium adoption by other development communities

Description
Need to investigate on other libs which are available for multiple languages and so ensuring a smoother p2p compatibility with other implementations of the ruthenium protocol.

Tasks

  • list different p2p libraries, available for multiple languages, according to ruthenium requirements.
  • implement it
