How can I run a command directly without creating a new script for it

Now run-p needs this

 build: 'run-p type-check build-only',
 'build-only': 'vite build',
 'type-check': 'vue-tsc --noEmit',

How do I run a command directly without creating a new script for it

example

build: 'run-p 'vue-tsc --noEmit' vite build'

And now it says

> run-p 'vue-tsc --noEmit' vite build

ERROR: Invalid Option: --noEmit'
