Semantic conventions for GraphQL Server

This issue is to request to support the open telemetry spec for span and attribute names.

The spec did not include some of the values envelop was capturing such as the args and the result, so I made a PR/discussion to add those here: open-telemetry/opentelemetry-specification#3668

Envelop uses different conventions such as graphql.resolver and graphql.execute
