Release contains Duplicate Files

I recently updated nZEDb.
Old Version:

/var/www/nZEDb# ./zed version all

 DB version: 489

After the updated i noticed some nzbs (~5%) had duplicate files and were incomplete. The old Version does not have this issue. Is there any way to resolve this? I dont want to go back to the old Version since the grouping has improved a lot. Here are two screenshots of the same nzb file list from the two different nZEDb-Versions:

Releasename: [01/34] - "T202NB16077508013C7eP201212WRB.part01.rar"

Old Version (Release is complete and has all files):

New Version (Release is incomplete and has duplicate files):
