[FEATURE] <title> Keep copy of Flacs and transcode to mp3 in new folder?

Is the feature request related to a problem. Please describe it.

Trying to have two copies of downloaded files, one folder labeled with mp3, another with flac, respective tracks in the correct format would be in each folder.

Describe the solution you would like.

Personally I think there are just a few tweaks to make the transcoding feature a bit more extensible and flexible for various use cases, possibly an option to keep a copy of old files? I think new files should go in a separate folder for those who add the audio quality/format to the top level album/folder name. So two different folders, FLAC/MP3 would exist after downloading and transcoding.
