KV keys/key lister need a way to provide a filter

Observed behavior

keys and key lister it should be possible to filter by subject, otherwise it is always necessary to inspect all keys when wanting to check on a subset such as all keys that match invoice.a.*

Expected behavior

return a subset of keys - or empty list. - not some error
