Some playlist pictures are glitched so I am not able to shuffle!

Im on a work IPad with a work Apple ID and I am using this website (which has be almost flawless) to listen to Apple Music through my personal Apple ID. My only problem is that only one of my three playlists are correctly showing my playlist picture and showing me the buttons to shuffle, play, and the “...” button. Please try to fix this bug as soon as possible because I have been recommending this website to friends and they are also having the same problem. I shuffle my playlists every time I go to listen to them so I hope this gets fixed soon!
