Number gets appended instead of masking when used different keypads in Mobile (IOS)

It works fine when using a normal English keypad, but found an issue while using English -> Chinese or English -> Hindi keypad and typing normal numbers. The number starts appending instead of masking the amount until the backspace is clicked. Once backspace is clicked the number is masked and starts appending again when number is typed.
