I have reacquainted myself with the proposed processes that I put together in October, and I've put it onto a new board here - https://miro.com/app/board/uXjVN9Ko-2I=/?share_link_id=692718665914 (before it was on a sync board, mixed together with other distracting content)

I think process two is a good base for discussion.
It may get a little more fuzzy when it gets towards the development end, but I'm hoping we can work together to clarify detail and fill in anything that's missing.
