When players sign up for a game, there could be text that is set by the GM where additional info can be put, which is only intended for signed-up players. This could include things like links to game documents, additional contact info for GMs, an overview of the game, expectations of when the GM will send out additional info, etc -- really, anything.

The issues it might help with:

  • email spam filters being too aggressive, by providing an additional place players can go for info
  • a predictable place players could look for game info
  • often players just ... lose emails or documents, especially since it's often months between when GMs may send out initial info and closer to the time of the con

I took care of labeling this as an Idea.

To be clear, this is a request for the Intercon website, which may have a dependency on a code change in Intercode (to allow the field or fields added to be visible only to people who have signed up for an event, and not to any attendee).
