Converting tool is not available anymore

The UPGRADE-4.0.md file suggests a tool to convert documentation.
The tool is offline.

Trying to get additional info using the Internet Archive, it seems that the website has been offline since 2019.
By looking into the archive copy, I arrived to https://github.com/Mermade/oas-kit which seems to have a similar tool (unfortunately offline as well at the moment, as you can see in the issues there)

I was wondering if the upgrade could suggest an alternate solution.
