BootstrapTest is legacy, and very unlike a set of unit tests. The same can be achieved with more focused unit tests. This requires refactoring.

I would keep it for testing changes to the Grammar grammar (no pun intended). Maybe not run it for every change tho as it takes a long time to finish.
