There is this pending PR #445 to sync dotted hands

I did a simple networked head tracking in https://github.com/networked-aframe/naf-valid-avatars

Other relevant resources for arms tracking

There is some commented lookAt code in https://github.com/msub2/avatars/blob/master/src/vrarmik/ShoulderPoser.js
in @msub2's avatars repo, not sure if it's relevant to this comment.

Hey, I tried the glitch on the Quest 2 Browser and didn't get any hand tracking.
Head tilt/rotation was about all that worked.
Edit: Oh, I see you didn't claim to have hand tracking working. :(
