[IMPORTANT] nc-encrypt will totally brick the entire installation

Using the nc-encrypt will totally brick the entire installation, rendering everything unusable and unfixable, all the pages will be locked and a ERROR 403 will appear on everysingle page.

To get this error, install ncp the normal way, and enable that feature in the config, everything will be lost.

This feature should be disabled until it can be fixed

Yes, I'm aware of the issue and I am unhappy with the state in which nc-encrypt was released. Unfortunately this was before I took over the project and I can't simply disable the feature, because it would cause severe issues for the users who have nc-encrypt already enabled.
To unlock, you can reboot ncp/your server.
