oisd repo was non-existant for a short time before nextdns's last update, and after repo restore it got updated at nextdns's side, so that can't be the cause now.

Now that you mention it.. I do see lists that were "Updated a day ago" but no "Updated X-hours ago".
If I'd have to guess I'd say they've changed the update interval from 1 hour to 1 or 2 days?
