"notracking" blocklist is no longer maintained. #117

The "notracking" blocklist (currently listed 7th in the NextDNS blocklist list) is no longer maintained as of 6/26/2023. It should be removed from the NextDNS list of blocklists and potentially automatically removed from any existing NextDNS configurations.

I doubt they will. Disconnect lists were last updated 3 years ago and they are still there.
