Lack of maintenance

Dear NextDNS Team,

I would like to contribute to this repository, that is referenced in https://github.com/nextdns/metadata , which in turn is mentioned as the main way to fix false positives and false negatives.

In my opinion, the fastest way to find inappropriate content for children is to use search engines without safesearch.

Is there any reason, why I don't get any response to my PRs during the last months? What can we do to improve the current situation? Do you see a need and a possibility to improve my contributions? Should we create a CONTRIBUTING.md file, that explains what you expect from a contributor? This could prevent unnecessary discussions in general and could save a lot of work on your side.

I am looking forward to your opinion on this. Thank you very much in advance.
