[BUG] - The content of the popover appears blurred

Describe the bug

The content of the popover is blurred up until trying zooming the page or simply trying opening the dev console in the browser. This looks like an issue with the transform animation. If the animation is disabled the popover appears no longer blurred.

Steps to Reproduce the Bug or Issue

1. Got to the documentation of the popover https://nextui.org/docs/components/popover
2. Open any of the popovers to see its content blurred
3. Zoom the page or open the dev console to fix the blurriness

Expected behavior

The content of the popover should not be blurried.
