fix(abc:st): fix can't close panel when showOPArea is true

• close st-filter 使用showOPArea:false时，提供方法关闭下拉菜单 ng-alain#2299
• close st-filter 自定义模板时，手动设置 STColumnFilter.default=true时，无法刷新表格 ng-alain#2301
