Idea: a CLI wrapper for @ng-easy/image-optimizer and indirectly for sharp

Thanks for this project.

Would it make sense to add a bin script to make some of this functionality handy through the command line? there's also some prior art on that with this: https://www.npmjs.com/package/sharp-cli

@lirantal that is a great idea! We should be able to benefit from @nrwl/devkit and its powerful utils to ship any library with:

1. NodeJS API
2. CLI
3. Nx Builder

I'll give this some thought and see what can be done.
