[Feature request] Percent numbers for sliders in the filter tab

Development Environment

JS min, embedded in onlyoffice as a plugin

Current Behavior

Filters are hard to reuse because there are no percent number labels.

Expected Behavior

Add percentage labels to sliders. When clicked, the user should be able to modify it with their keyboard.
note, this includes the slider in the tint submenu.
